Eugene Santos

Eugene Santos is a marketing professional with more than 14 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in the creation and execution of marketing and sales tactics to achieve brand awareness within the Hispanic segment. He has managed teams in both national and global settings and during his career has gained professional experience in both the Latin American and U.S. Hispanic markets. Mr. Santos graduated with degrees in international business and marketing from California State University, Long Beach in 1999 and received an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in 2007. During his professional tenure, he has worked for American Honda, the Walt Disney Company and Meguiar’s/3M. He recently launched the first Hispanic program for Meguiar’s and his work is being used as a case study for all of 3M’s divisions.
