Edward Padilla

Edward Padilla is an actor, director, producer and owner of LaloPad, an entertainment casting and consulting company. As an actor, he has performed extensively throughout the United States with numerous theater groups, including the Bilingual Foundation of the Arts, Grupo de Teatro Sinergia, Ethical Arts Company, the Blank Theatre Company and La Jolla Playhouse. He has also had roles in TV programs such as SouthLAnd and General Hospital. Mr. Padilla earned a BA with honors from the USC School of Theatre, and was a recipient of the David Dukes Scholarship for Acting. In 2001, he received the Humanism Award from Children’s Hospital Los Angeles for his work for the Department of Clinical Immunology and Allergy/Children’s AIDS Center. He teaches acting for youth and adults in private lessons and at CASA 0101. He is president of the board of directors at CASA 0101 and was artistic director from 2006 to 2009.
